The Élégance Française name and mark, and the text and photography specific to this site, belong to Élégance Française unless otherwise credited.
Personal data
Information submitted through this site's forms (waitlist, rental requests, purchase enquiries) is used solely to respond to your request and, if you agree, to keep you informed about DEVINCI in the French West Indies. It is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc., see Hosting above) on our behalf.
As this site operates from French territory, this processing falls under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to info@elegancefrancaise.art.
Terms of sale
Pricing. Each DEVINCI's price depends on the finish and options chosen. As on the DEVINCI manufacturer's own website, it is not shown publicly on this site — it is given to you on request, once your project has been discussed.
Deposit. Once an order is definitively placed, a deposit is paid by bank transfer to commit the build with DEVINCI. Its amount and terms are set out in your personal quote.
Delivery. Build and delivery times depend on DEVINCI's own order book. They will be given to you once your order is registered — we cannot commit to a timeframe on this site in advance.
Right of withdrawal. Under Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised: this is the case for every DEVINCI, built to order in the finish, colour and interior chosen.
Warranties. Every car carries the legal warranties provided under French law: the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
Applicable law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction, under the rules applicable to consumers.
No purchase can be completed through this site as it stands: every "Buy" enquiry is answered by a human, by email, WhatsApp or phone, before any contract or payment is made. Renting is not handled by Élégance Française — every booking goes through our partner Wedrivit, under their own terms.
